		<description>No doubt that if people start wanting allotments to the extent that it interferes with the inexorable demand of the Labour Party to build houses (when there are empty properties all over Glossop and indeed all over the country) then Tom Levitt will go running off to Baroness Andrews or some other minor courtier to demand that legislation is introduced to repeal the existing duty of local authorities to provide such land for the local production of food, whilst continuing to show pretty pictures of the High Peak on his website.</description>

		<description>Very good idea, Mike. Not only do allotments provide food locally but they are also a possible alternative to Village Green applications as a way of stopping development.
